The date your Page began will always be the beginning of your Page's timeline. Without one, milestones and posts with custom dates won't appear.
When you remove the date your Page began (ex: its start date, founded date, etc.), milestones and other posts whose dates you've changed will stop appearing. To show these posts again, re-add the date your Page began by posting a milestone. You'll be prompted to add a start date before you can post other milestones or change the dates of other posts.
Similarly, if you change the date your Page began, posts dated before your Page's start date won't appear. Set the date your Page began to before the date of these posts, or change the date of those posts from your activity log.
